La Citadelle Vauban
| |
| Belle-Île-en-Mer, the biggest of the Breton
islands, situated in 14 km of the coasts of Morbihan, conceal, besides an exceptional
nature a really outstanding history. Its citadel the silhouette of which dominates
the port of Le Palais, the "capital" of the beautiful island, establishes the
perfect symbol of the wealth of this past. Displayed on ten hectares, its four
kilometres of bulwarks preserve the memory of ten centuries during which formed. |
